MeshCore is open to uses beyond channel and private messaging. Home Assistant automations, your own apps and other creative uses are welcome! Remember that packet sizes and transmission volumes must remain low enough to avoid placing an unreasonable burden on your local mesh.

MeshCore supports custom packet payloads

The MeshCore protocol defines the PAYLOAD_TYPE_RAW_CUSTOM payload type. Use it to carry custom data across the mesh for your own applications.
